You send me an email, audio message, video, or whatever of you explaining a single issue or messy situation you got. I will hit you back high out my mind with the worst possible solution or mindset for that problem.

I don’t know you or your situation, but I can assure you I can make it worse. At forty years old I’ve really made every possible mistake and bad choice at this piont. God bless therapy and my patient loved ones…but lemme not decend into health, we’re being toxic rn. Life is hard, let’s just lean into the center of the storm!!!
